Edmund Wilson House

The Edmund Wilson House is a Georgian limestone house in Talcottville, Lewis County, New York, built over four years beginning in 1789 as a two-and-a-half-story dwelling three bays wide and four bays long. The house became known through its association with critic and writer Edmund Wilson, whose family used it as a summer retreat and whom he described as The Stone House in his book Upstate. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
