Eton Place Dalian Tower 1 is the tallest of a four-building skyscraper complex in Dalian, China, designed by the architecture firm NBBJ with Arup as structural engineer. Construction began on September 19, 2008, and the tower was completed on October 9, 2015, rising 388 meters to its antenna spire, or 349.5 meters to its top occupied floor, over 81 stories. It functions as an office building within a complex of roughly 145,400 square meters of floor area served by 30 elevators.
