Eustatia is a High Victorian Gothic brick house on Monell Place in Beacon, New York, overlooking the Hudson River, designed by architect Frederick Clarke Withers and built in 1867 for New York state judge John J. Monell. Faced in red Hudson River brick with cream-colored Milwaukee brick used for decorative polychrome trim, it is considered a rare Beacon survival of a High Victorian Gothic cottage. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
