Feusier Octagon House

The Feusier Octagon House is an octagonal Victorian-era residence at 1067 Green Street on Russian Hill in San Francisco, built in 1857 to 1858 by George Kenny and later expanded with a third story, mansard roof, and cupola. Louis Feusier bought the house in 1870, giving it its present name, and it is one of only three surviving octagon houses in San Francisco, along with the McElroy Octagon House and the Marine Exchange Lookout Station at Land's End. The house is a San Francisco Designated Landmark, named in 1970, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 as part of the Russian Hill-Paris Block Architectural District.
