The George G. Mason House is a historic residence at 39 Dunning Avenue in Webster, Monroe County, New York, built in 1910 as a two-and-a-half-story house combining simple Queen Anne massing with Colonial Revival decorative features, its first floor faced in brick and upper stories sheathed in shingles. The house has bay windows, a projected stair landing on its south elevation, and a porch with paired Corinthian columns set on engaged piers in the balustrade. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on October 27, 2004.
