Global Convenience is a floating public art installation built as a fully stocked convenience store, anchored fifty to sixty feet out into Harbour Square Park Basin on Lake Ontario in Toronto, Canada. It was created by Toronto artists Trevor Wheatley and Cosmo Dean with the design studio Puncture, formed of Rashad Maharaj and Spencer Cathcart, and appeared on June 12, 2026, scheduled to remain on view until October 2026. The structure mimics an urban corner store, complete with signage, a neon open sign, a brick like exterior, a fire hydrant, a trash can and produce displays, and its interior holds globally sourced goods that are not for sale and it is never staffed. It was built to mark Toronto's role as a host city for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, offering an artistic interpretation of the city's place in the tournament.
