Haeundae LCT The Sharp Landmark Tower is a 411.6-meter, 101-story hotel and residential skyscraper in the Haeundae District of Busan, South Korea, standing in front of Haeundae Beach. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill with Samoo Architects & Engineers, it was completed on November 30, 2019, as the second-tallest tower in South Korea, and houses luxury and residential hotel space, a convention center, and an observatory on its 100th floor. It anchors a larger development that also includes two further residential towers and a ground-level entertainment complex with retail, a spa and a water park.
