Hurstville is a historic plantation house at Kilmarnock in Northumberland County, Virginia, built around 1777. It is a one and a half story, three bay, double pile brick dwelling with a steep gable roof measuring 28 by 30 feet, featuring exterior end chimneys with two sets of tiled weatherings and a beveled water table. The property also carries the contributing Ball family cemetery and the site of the former Cress Field dwelling.
