Inverlochy House is a historic building at 3 Inverlochy Place in Te Aro, Wellington, New Zealand, built in 1878 for Kennedy Macdonald, a Wellington city councillor. An 1893 auction listing for the estate described a house of fourteen rooms and two bathrooms with every modern convenience, along with conservatories, a vinery, a fernery and stable facilities. The building was registered as a Heritage New Zealand Category 2 historic place on May 26, 2006. Since 1980 it has been home to the Inverlochy Art School, operated by the New Zealand Academy of Fine Arts, and it is popularly said to be haunted.
