J. Stuart Wells House

The J. Stuart Wells House is a brick house at 71 Main Street in Binghamton, New York, built between 1867 and 1870 to a design by New York State architect Isaac G. Perry. The two-and-a-half-story dwelling stands on a cut stone foundation beneath a hipped, cross-gabled roof, with a wraparound porch and a matching brick carriage house on its grounds, and it was expanded during the 1940s and 1950s. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2009, the building now serves as the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home.
