The Jacobus Demarest House, also known as the Demarest-Gurd-Casey House, is a historic stone house at 618 River Road in New Milford, Bergen County, New Jersey. Built in the Dutch Colonial tradition, the house grew in sections over time; its oldest portion may date to the 1680s, and a datestone documents an expansion by John Demarest in 1765, with a further expansion around 1920. The Historic American Buildings Survey documented the house in 1936. It was added to the New Jersey Register of Historic Places on August 26, 1977 and to the National Register of Historic Places on February 17, 1978, listed for its architectural significance.
