The Jedediah Higgins House is a historic Cape-style house on Higgins Hollow Road in North Truro, Massachusetts, built in 1890 and considered one of the least-altered nineteenth-century Cape-style houses within the Cape Cod National Seashore. The one-and-a-half-story post-and-beam structure has a central doorway flanked by windows, a typical Cape floor plan of two rooms on the south side and one large room to the north, and preserved original wood flooring, paneling and wainscoting. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since November 21, 1984, on a property of seven acres.
