The John Hopper House is a historic stone house at 231 Polifly Road in Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey. Built in 1818 and designed and constructed by John I. Hopper, it is representative of the stone houses built in Bergen County during the early nineteenth century. The Historic American Buildings Survey documented the house in 1937, the same year it began operating as a restaurant, the Stony Hill Inn, a use that has continued for nearly nine decades. It was listed on the New Jersey Register of Historic Places in 1980 and the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
