The John Phillips House is a historic 1853 vernacular Greek Revival house in the Spring Valley area of Polk County, Oregon, at 6565 Spring Valley Road NW near Salem. It was built for pioneer John Phillips, who emigrated from England in 1834 and travelled the Oregon Trail to Oregon in 1845, purchasing a donation land claim for 100 dollars and hiring carpenter Samuel Coad to build the one-and-a-half-story house with horizontal wood siding. Added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 15, 1976, it was, as of 1980, the oldest residence in Polk County.
