Kaimei School is a historic school building in Seiyo, Ehime Prefecture, Japan, built in 1882 and considered the oldest school building in Shikoku. Its design follows the giyofu style, a Japanese architectural mode that adapted Western building forms during the Meiji era. The building was designated an Important Cultural Property of Japan in May 1997. It no longer functions as a school and instead operates as a museum holding thousands of historical documents spanning the Edo through early Showa periods.
