Marina 101 is a 425-meter, 101-story mixed-use skyscraper in the Dubai Marina district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, designed by the National Engineering Bureau in a postmodernist style. Construction began in 2007 with an original 2014 completion target, but the original developer ran out of capital and the project stalled for years before Turkish contractor TAV Construction completed the tower, which opened in 2017 with finishing work continuing to 2024. It is the second-tallest building in the United Arab Emirates after the Burj Khalifa, combining 67 floors of residential apartments with a 33-floor, 281-room Hard Rock Hotel.
