The Matsushiro Literary and Military School was the han school of the Matsushiro Domain under the Tokugawa shogunate's Edo period administration, located in the Matsushiro neighborhood of Nagano in Japan's Chūbu region. Of more than 250 han schools that existed across Japan at the end of the Edo period, it is the only one to survive in nearly intact form, and it was designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1953.
