Nanjing Financial City Phase II Plot C Tower 1 is a supertall skyscraper in Nanjing, China, forming the taller of two prominent towers that the German architecture firm Gerkan, Marg and Partners designed for the Plot C portion of the Nanjing Financial City Phase II development, alongside a shorter 186-meter serviced-apartment building. Rising to roughly 416.6 meters across 88 floors, it stands as the second-tallest building in Nanjing, with about 186,000 square meters of office space divided into nine-story units and, on its upper floors, a five-star hotel of about 250 rooms across levels 61 to 79.
