The New York State Veterans' Home at Oxford is a state-run soldiers' home east of the village of Oxford in Chenango County, New York, established as the New York State Woman's Relief Corps Home after a campaign in the 1890s by the Woman's Relief Corps, an auxiliary of the Grand Army of the Republic, to house Civil War veterans together with their spouses. The home opened in 1897 and had grown to five buildings by 1911; a modern main building opened in 1981 alongside four older cottages that remain in use. Set on 60 acres above the Chenango River, it now houses 242 residents and is affiliated with Upstate Medical Center's College of Medicine clinical campus in Binghamton.
