OKO Tower is a mixed-use skyscraper complex in the Moscow International Business Center in Moscow, Russia, designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. Its South Tower rises 354.1 meters over 85 stories and was completed in 2015, while the shorter North Tower reaches 245 meters over 49 stories; an associated parking structure was finished in 2017. On completion the South Tower briefly held the title of tallest building in Russia and Europe, a distinction it lost within months to Federation Tower. The roughly 250,000-square-meter development combines residential apartments, offices, a five-star hotel, and parking, and the South Tower includes an ice rink counted among the highest-elevation skating rinks in Europe.
