The Old Dispensary, also known as the Ithnashiri Dispensary, is a historic building on the seafront of Stone Town, Zanzibar, on Mizingani Road roughly halfway between the Palace Museum and the harbour. It takes its name from its use as a dispensary for much of the first half of the 20th century.
