The Ordos Museum is a museum in Kangbashi, Ordos, in China's Inner Mongolia region, holding collections on the local history of Ordos and the surrounding area. Designed by the Chinese firm MAD at the request of the local government and built by Huhehaote Construction, it is a large open plan building of about 41,000 square feet whose form was influenced by both the Gobi Desert and the work of Buckminster Fuller, and it holds six levels of exhibition space.
