Potts Plantation is a historic plantation seat near Cornelius, in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, its main house built in 1811 and combining Federal, Late Victorian and Colonial Revival elements as a two-story, three-bay weatherboarded log house on a brick foundation, with flanking one-story wings added in 1947. The property has belonged to the Potts family since 1753. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 5, 1998, as part of a historic district of 510.7 acres with eleven contributing buildings, twelve contributing sites and four contributing structures.
