Princess Tower is a 413.4-meter, 101-story residential skyscraper in the Dubai Marina district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, designed by the office of engineer Adnan Saffarini and completed on September 9, 2012. It was the tallest residential building in the world from 2012 until 432 Park Avenue in New York City surpassed it in 2015, and it remains among Dubai's tallest structures. The all-residential tower contains 763 apartments and nearly a thousand underground parking spaces, along with swimming pools, a gymnasium, and an observation deck on its 97th floor.
