Royal Lodge

Royal Lodge is a house in Windsor Great Park, Berkshire, England, about half a mile north of Cumberland Lodge. The present three storey structure, a Grade II listed building of roughly thirty rooms, was rebuilt in 1840 after fire damage to an earlier residence that the architect John Nash had altered from around 1812. It served as the Windsor residence of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother from 1952 until her death in 2002, and later as the country residence of Prince Andrew, Duke of York, from 2004 until it was vacated in February 2026. The ninety eight acre property, part of the Crown Estate, also includes the Royal Chapel of All Saints, built on the grounds in the 1820s.
