Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings is a flax mill in Ditherington, a suburb of Shrewsbury, England. It was the first iron framed building in the world and has been described as the grandfather of skyscrapers. The five storey mill was recognized as a Grade I listed building in the 1950s and is also known locally as the Maltings from its later use as a maltings. It is owned by Historic England and reopened in 2022 as a mixed use workspace, with an exhibition managed by English Heritage.
