Suzhou International Financial Center, also known as Suzhou IFS, is a 450-meter, 95-story supertall skyscraper in the Suzhou Industrial Park in Jiangsu, China, east of Jinji Lake. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates with Wong Tung & Partners for developer Suzhou Gao Long Property Development and owner The Wharf (Holdings), construction began in December 2012 and the tower was completed in 2019. It is the tallest building in Suzhou and holds a mixed-use program of apartments, a hotel and offices across roughly 393,200 square meters of floor area, served by 62 elevators.
