The Exchange 106 is a 453.6-meter supertall office tower on Jalan Tun Razak in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, completed in August 2019 as the centerpiece of the Tun Razak Exchange financial district. Designed by Group Architects with Peter Chan as architect of record and developed by the Mulia Group, its 95 floors were, until the completion of Merdeka 118 in 2023, Malaysia's tallest, and the tower remains the country's second-tallest building and the third-tallest in Southeast Asia. Its column-free office floors range from about 2,600 to 3,200 square meters and are served by 64 elevators.
