The Villa Abd-el-Tif, also known as the Villa Medicis algerienne, is a Moorish style villa in Algiers, Algeria. It was established in 1907 in emulation of the French Academy in Rome's Villa Medici, and until 1962 it hosted laureates of the Abd-el-Tif prize, who received bursaries to continue their studies in Algeria for two years. The villa was abandoned after Algerian independence, classified as a historical monument in 1967, and restored before reopening in 2008. It now houses the headquarters of the Agence algerienne pour le rayonnement culturel.
