Villa Rocca Matilde is a 19th-century seaside residence on Via Posillipo in the Posillipo neighborhood of Naples, Italy, notable for the faux-crenellated towers typical of its period, and built on the site of an earlier 17th-century palace commissioned by Orazio d'Acunto. English noblewoman Luisa Dillon Strahan, Marchesa di Salza, bought the property in 1842 and renamed it for her eldest daughter, and later owners included George Wightwick Rendel, William Peirce and businessman Achille Lauro, whose tenure gave the villa its alternate name, Villa Lauro.
