Villa Valmer is a three story mansion in the seventh arrondissement of Marseille, France, built in 1865 for the oil manufacturer Charles Gounelle to a design by the architect Henry Condamin in the Renaissance style. Originally named Wave to the Sea, the property was renamed Villa Valmer and stands near other notable villas of the district, including that of Gaby Deslys. Its garden is open to the public, and the building today houses the United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
