World One is a 280.2-meter, 76-story residential skyscraper at the former Shrinivas Mill site in the Lower Parel area of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, designed by Pei Cobb Freed and Partners with interiors by Giorgio Armani, and completed in 2020 as part of a three-tower complex developed by the Lodha Group. Construction was delayed for years by aviation-authority height restrictions that forced a reduction from an originally proposed 442 meters. On completion it was India's tallest building, a title it held until 2023, and as of the mid-2020s it remains the country's second-tallest completed building.
