A nonprofit organization founded in 1881, when architect Cass Gilbert organized meetings at the Salmagundi Club in New York City for young architects, to promote excellence in architecture, urban design and the allied arts. It presents the annual Emerging Voices program and League Prize recognizing early-career architects and designers.
