Construction began on December 31, 2018, and the tower opened on April 9, 2025, becoming the first supertall building and the tallest building in Ningbo, surpassing the previous record holder by 146 meters. Its lower 60 floors hold Grade-A office space, while a Ritz-Carlton hotel occupies the top 20 floors.
