On completion the South Tower briefly held the title of tallest building in Russia and Europe, a distinction it lost within months to Federation Tower. The roughly 250,000-square-meter development combines residential apartments, offices, a five-star hotel, and parking, and the South Tower includes an ice rink counted among the highest-elevation skating rinks in Europe.
