23 Marina is a 392.8-meter, 88-story residential skyscraper in the Dubai Marina district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, designed by Hafeez Contractor with KEO International Consultants and completed on May 24, 2012. The tower ranks among Dubai's tallest buildings and was reported 79 percent sold before construction began in October 2006, reflecting strong early market demand. It contains 289 residential units, including duplexes each served by its own private elevator, and 57 swimming pools distributed through the building.
