Christinelund is a manor house a few kilometers east of central Praesto on the Jungshoved peninsula of Zealand, Denmark, originally a farm under the neighboring Nyso estate. It takes its name from Christine Stampe, a salon hostess whose home there in the 1850s was frequently visited by Hans Christian Andersen. The present main building, completed in 1860, was designed by the architect Ferdinand Meldahl in a historicist style inspired by the Renaissance, with Dutch gables and ornamental detailing. Christinelund received protected heritage status in 1978, and the estate, which covers about 13.2 hectares including outbuildings and a park, is now operated as a bed and breakfast.
