Elite Residence is a 380.5-meter, 87-floor residential skyscraper in the Dubai Marina district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, overlooking Palm Jumeirah, designed by the office of Adnan Saffarini for developer Tameer Holdings Investment LLC and completed on January 21, 2012. It ranked as the third-tallest residential building in the world at completion and remained among the tallest residential towers globally through the early 2020s. The tower holds 695 apartments across most of its floors, with the remainder given to parking, pools, spas, and fitness and business facilities.
