Fairview is a historic house on Cox Neck Road near Delaware City in New Castle County, Delaware, originally built in 1822 as a two-story, five-bay rectangular brick dwelling in the Georgian style. In 1880 the architect Frank Furness remodeled the house, adding a shingled third story and four distinctive corbeled chimneys, giving the building the Late Victorian character it carries today alongside its Georgian core. The property, which covers about three acres, was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 8, 1982.
