Stratton Manor is a historic plantation house near Cape Charles, in Northampton County, Virginia. It was built in the third quarter of the eighteenth century as a one-and-a-half-story, single-pile, gable-roofed house with a wood-frame core of three bays and brick ends. A two-story ell was added in the first quarter of the twentieth century. The house is a characteristic example of the eighteenth-century vernacular architecture distinctive of Virginia's Eastern Shore.
